Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator for a 1st shift to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product handling in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate forklifts (certification preferred), follow safety standards, and collaborate with team leads to meet daily fulfillment goals; pay is $20/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar warehouse role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred)
  • Ability to lift at least 55 lbs and stand/perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive customer orders and prepare products for pick-up, ensuring all items are properly selected and ready for transport.
  • Carefully review and confirm the details of customer orders to ensure all specifications and requirements are met before processing.
  • Properly label GNT products using the established labeling systems to ensure correct identification and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts, helping maintain accurate stock levels and ensuring product availability for shipping and production.
  • Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of inventory and timely fulfillment of customer orders for transport.
  • Perform a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including organizing products, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall warehousing operations.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations and contribute to team success.
  • Assist with various tasks and provide support to the team lead as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and meeting operational goals.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team for a 1st shift position. In this role, you will play an essential part in daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, product handling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping & Receiving: Accurately receive, pick, and prepare customer orders for transport, as well as safely load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Product Labeling & Organization: Label products accurately according to standard operating procedures and maintain an organized, clean work environment.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Equipment & Operations: Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment while following all safety, GMP, and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to support smooth daily operations and meet fulfillment goals.
