Job summary

RANDYS Worldwide is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Delivery Associate in Minnesota to support warehouse operations and deliver orders as needed. The role includes stocking shelves, pulling and preparing orders, and ensuring accurate shipments to customers.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift 50 lbs, and maintain a clean driving record. You will process orders in the Warehouse Management System and keep the shipping area organized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers as scheduled; ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Complete all delivery documentation in the WMS.
• Assist with stocking shelves and prepping orders for shipment.
• Load/unload products with forklift or by hand as needed.

Summary:

• Works with warehouse staff to pull, pick and ship or deliver orders to customers in an efficient and accurate manner. Assist daily with general warehouse duties, such as stocking shelves, kitting, and general cleanliness of warehouse. Deliver product to customers as needed and directed by supervisor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver product to customers as scheduled by supervisor


• Interact with customers in a positive and professional manner


• Manage time and route in an efficient manner


• Complete all necessary documentation for delivery and customer


• Occasionally assist in loading and unloading of product


• Organize all printed orders from sales department that require shipping


• Responsible for pulling parts orders


• Responsible for replenishing shelves as needed


• Box and prepare orders for shipment


• Double check orders to ensure accuracy


• Includes both small parcel shipments and large stock orders shipped via LTL


• Backorder all components on stock orders


• Communicate backorders to warehouse lead or supervisor as necessary


• Process all orders in Warehouse Management System (WMS)


• Ensure ship-to, ship-via and freight charges are correct on all orders


• Responsible for keeping shipping area clean and orderly


• Load and unload trucks as necessary with forklift and by hand


• Perform other miscellaneous duties as instructed


• Will conduct these responsibilities in a professional and timely manner
