Do it Best is seeking a Warehouse Team Member in Dixon, IL to join a full-time distribution center team. The role offers weekly pay, a day shift (Mon-Fri), healthcare, a quarterly bonus, and retirement contributions as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

We’re currently adding to our growing team for our Sunday-Thursday, full time, schedule within our Order Processors/Order Fillers and High Reach Lift Operators positions.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.45 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone's safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days
