Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, production, and attendance standards. The role focuses on maximizing productivity, accuracy, and customer service through proactive leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires coordinating resources, enforcing safety policies, and driving continuous improvement across the station. A Bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred for this permanent, full-time role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide innovative and effective leadership and cultivate a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, OSHA requirements, and department standards.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement employee development plans and conduct orientation and training.
