UPS in the United States seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead and develop Package Handlers, ensuring safety, productivity and accuracy across shifts. The role emphasizes strong communication and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing safety policies, managing resources, and fostering a positive, proactive workplace culture. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with management experience giving a strong edge.

Competenze

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs / 32 kg.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent; management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Lead and coach staff, promote proactive communication and teamwork.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing training for department personnel and adherence to safety policies.
