UPS is seeking a leader to supervise Package Handlers, develop and coach workgroups, and maintain high standards for safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service. The role emphasizes proactive communication and cross-team collaboration to improve overall performance.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills with basic MS Office knowledge
