Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to drive warehouse productivity and act as a floor leader on the warehouse floor. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating labor, and ensuring accurate picking and packing processes.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 10:00 am start and a $22.00 hourly rate. Generous benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with vacation and holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English well enough for job tasks.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacations, sick calls).
• This position has additional duties and may involve special projects.
