Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Otsego, MN is seeking a Team Leader to drive warehouse productivity on the 3rd shift. You will supervise floor operations, verify stock, and coordinate daily activities with the team to keep orders accurate and on time.

Qualifications

• Age 20+ is required.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at job-related level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
