Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader in Buford, Georgia. You will lead a bilingual Mandarin team, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution environment.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in warehousing, strong safety knowledge, and familiarity with WMS. JD Logistics offers a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment with lead or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin required

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management and Process Optimization: Optimize inventory management processes, implement inventory strategies, improve inventory accuracy and turnover, reduce inventory costs, ensure the efficient operation of logistics business, and guarantee timely and accurate inventory data.
• Team Management and Capability Enhancement: Lead the team to achieve business goals, develop training plans and guide team members, enhance team capabilities, foster a positive work environment, and improve overall work efficiency.
• Cross-Department Collaboration and Problem Solving: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and business coordination; develop and implement improvement measures to resolve warehouse operation issues and drive continuous process optimization.
• Innovation and Competitiveness Enhancement: Propose innovative improvement plans based on business needs, adapt to business development requirements, enhance warehouse efficiency, service quality, and business competitiveness, and ensure standardized and orderly warehouse management.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader - Bilingual in Mandarin

Location: Buford, Georgia

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/hour + Annual Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Inventory Management and Process Optimization: Optimize inventory management processes, implement inventory strategies, improve inventory accuracy and turnover, reduce inventory costs, ensure the efficient operation of logistics business, and guarantee timely and accurate inventory data.
