Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee order fulfillment, move products, and support daily operations on a 6:00am–6:30pm rotating schedule.

You will train and coach team members, build orders from load tickets using pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensure safety, accuracy and compliance with GMP.

This role requires physical stamina, prior warehouse experience, and a positive, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Some prior general work experience.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Certified Forklift License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members as needed.
• Build orders according to load tickets using industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Act as back-up support for warehouse supervisor as needed.
