Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of warehouse processes and systems.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Word/Excel.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse processes for damaged product check-in and related areas.
• Train and develop Warehouse Personnel; evaluate processes for continuous improvement.
• Provide feedback to management on performance and process changes.
• Model and promote safety culture with 100% compliance to policies.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and support management on performance matters.
