Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager and supervise daily warehouse activities from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday–Friday, with weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

You will train and coach teammates, enforce safety policies, drive process improvements, and support staffing decisions while maintaining a customer-focused, high‑performance warehouse operation in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience preferred.
• PIT certification for pallet jack, forklift, and related equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the daily activities of warehouse teammates.
• Ensures adherence to warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Trains and leads personnel and evaluates processes for improvements.
• Communicates with management on improvements and deadlines.
• Models safety culture and maintains 100% compliance.
