Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a skilled supervisor for its refrigerated warehouse in Jonestown, PA. The role leads a team of associates, ensures accurate slotting and shipping of products, and coordinates with the NAV ERP to process pick tickets and change orders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/receiving, supervisory experience, and strong English communication. Food industry exposure is preferred. Benefits include weekly payroll and 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in SCM/BA desired.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving or related environment; food industry preferred.
• 2+ years lead/supervisory role preferred; proven ability to manage large groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of associates, encouraging teamwork and training.
• Ensure product is slotted/shipped correctly and follow allocations/change orders.
• Coordinate filling orders in a timely fashion; manage NAV ERP pick tickets.
• Create regular reports/statistics daily, weekly, monthly.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and personnel information.
