Job summary

Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. in Jonestown, PA is seeking a warehouse allocation inspector to ensure product quality and support daily production and sales order allocations. This role requires coordinating with Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams and maintaining timely updates on allocations.

The candidate must work independently with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and be able to learn NAV/JDA warehouse systems while handling cold-storage requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English with professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn Product/Industry knowledge and warehouse systems (NAV/JDA).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sign off on product quality to meet customer specifications.
• Support daily Production and Sales Order allocations.
• Communicate changes to Commodity Supervisor as allocations differ from plan.
• Ensure rework is allocated and planned to meet specs.
• Update and distribute allocations throughout the day.
• Coordinate customer expectations with Commodity, Production, and Shipping teams.
• Maintain regular communication with Production Schedulers and Receiving.
