Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Shipping Team Lead to oversee the daily flow of orders in our Reno facility. You will guide operations, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines.

We value a positive, can-do attitude, a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehousing. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisor experience of 2 years in a team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Must have a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Responsible for aisle patrol; verify safety and SOP compliance.
• Monitor time per task and location issues; report.
• Lead shipping team and participate in special projects.
• Provide leadership to the shipping team.
• Duties include other tasks as assigned.

Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders, provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the shipping department.
