S&S Activewear in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for Shipping to guide QA efforts and supervise the distribution center team. You will oversee QA for incoming and outgoing goods, train staff, and ensure processes meet quality and safety standards.

The role runs Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 AM–9:30 PM, paying $21.89 per hour, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic warehouse environment.

• Coordinate with leadership to implement process improvements in the DC.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping to meet safety, accuracy, and KPI standards.
• Train and supervise new hires; ensure safety compliance and productivity.

This position will focus on Quality Assurance for both incoming products and outgoing orders. They ensure that proper processes are followed and that errors are addressed quickly.
