Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to oversee the warehouse team and ensure daily operations run smoothly in our Bucks County facility.

You will train and coach staff, assign workloads, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service to customers. SAP and WMS experience are required, with at least two years in a warehouse leadership role. This is a hands-on position with potential weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and WMS is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse employees.
• Train and coach the team, provide development opportunities, and address performance issues.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and enforce safety policies.
