Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead workgroups in safety, productivity, and attendance. The role focuses on high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork across the site.

You will train staff, coach performance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The position requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
