Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I to manage the assigned work area, provide on-the-job training, and coordinate daily activities. You will interact with customers at all management levels and ensure completion of work while adhering to quality and safety processes.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. The role requires leading up to 15 team members, keeping accurate records, and keeping tools, PPE, and materials ready on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to manage a team of up to 15 people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work diverse shifts (days/nights/overtime).
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Experience in automotive or industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection processes and product inspections for assigned tables.
• Lead by example and maintain good housekeeping in all areas.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and report incidents immediately.
• Coordinate shift start activities and ensure tools and materials are ready.
• Provide on-the-job training for new instructions as applicable.
• Be accountable for personnel and communicate with Onsite Manager.
• Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting.
• Interact with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
