Job summary

Gexpro in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Lead Warehouse to join our team. You will oversee order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging and shipping to meet safety and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities include training warehouse associates, maintaining branch inventory, operating equipment, and ensuring efficient branch deliveries. The role schedules 6:30am-3:00pm and emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or related experience.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certifications preferred.
• Valid driver''s license; able to make deliveries if required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background checks incl. MVR; no serious offenses in last 3 years.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and prepare branch orders.
• Receive material and verify against packing lists.
• Stock and organize inventory on shelves.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver to branches or customers as required.
• Train and mentor Warehouse Associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and SOPs.
