Job summary

Western States Equipment Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Idaho. You will supervise staff, manage shifts, and ensure accuracy in receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment while upholding our safety and customer care standards.

You will oversee shipping, drives process improvements, and mentor team members to maintain efficient, safe operations consistent with company values.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Proof of driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of three years of comparable parts or warehouse experience.
• One year experience as a lead or supervisor preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees; conducts annual performance reviews and manages compensation increases.
• Schedules personnel and approves overtime.
• Oversees receipting of goods and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Manages order processing, quotes, and timely delivery of parts.
• Coordinates outbound/inbound product flow and stock counts.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of the warehouse; upholds safety policies.
