Responsibilities

• Supervises employees; performs annual performance reviews and compensation decisions.
• Schedules personnel and overtime to cover shifts.
• Oversees receipting of goods and inventory in the branch systems.
• Ensures parts inventories, maintenance items, and sales items are delivered on time.
• Manages order processing, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinates outbound/inbound flow of product and daily bin counts.
• Trains and schedules forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety; supports corporate safety standards.
