Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Team Leader to ensure timely receiving, shipping, and delivery of parts and products. You will lead associates to maintain safety, quality, and productivity while tracking KPIs for the department.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, forklift familiarity, and solid computer skills. The role is on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment with opportunities for Kaizen-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associates to ensure safety, quality and productivity in daily tasks.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking and shipping of parts and products.
• Record KPI data and report to Group Leader.
• Address safety, quality and productivity issues; implement Kaizen improvements.
• Support overtime and weekend work as needed.
