Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America Inc is seeking an on-site Warehouse & Operations Team Leader to oversee receiving, shipping, and delivery of parts and products. You will lead associates to ensure safety, quality, and productivity, while reporting KPIs to leadership.

Responsibilities include parts receiving and put-away, order picking, forklift operations, and process improvements to support internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receiving, shipping or delivery of Toyota parts/products.
• Lead associates to maintain safety, quality and productivity.
• Train and mentor warehouse/operations staff on standard procedures.
• Utilize handheld scanner and computer to track processes.
• Address safety, quality and productivity issues and implement improvements.
