Job summary

UPS is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead and develop a Package Handling team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train staff, ensure safety policies are followed, and drive efficiency in production and attendance while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

The role emphasizes proactive coaching, inter-departmental cooperation, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization, with a focus on professional growth and a positive team

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates positive relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure professional growth of department staff.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials and regular evaluations for all employees.
