Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our distribution center. You will supervise staff, manage shipping/receiving, and ensure safety and accuracy in inventory control.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL setting, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising warehouse staff in a distribution center or 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to obtain if not held.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety, and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety and compliance inspections in the warehouse.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Collaborate on strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.
