Job summary

Wesco seeks a Lead Associate in Operations for our Irving distribution facility to assist the Supervisor in directing a team of warehouse staff. You will manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting processes, ensuring accuracy and quality.

The role requires 3 years of warehouse experience and forklift familiarity, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. shift. Wesco offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut products.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to/from management.
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality.
