Job summary

Delavan Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the receiving and warehouse staff, ensuring accurate material storage and order picking. You will drive safety, productivity, and performance, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and ensuring on-time PO processing.

Responsibilities include supervising daily workflows, staffing, training, and evaluating team members while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school GED required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience with progression into leadership roles.
• Must understand warehouse policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of Receiving Department; schedule staff to cover all shifts.
• Train new employees and provide direction on growth, terminations, and future hiring.
• Support Warehouse Manager with timely performance evaluations.
• Manage time, attendance and performance of all Warehouse Associates with support from HR.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations through collaboration with other departments.
• Complete all required management reports.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Write reports updating Warehouse Manager on PO tracking and projections.
• Lead a team in a positive manner and be a team player.
• Other duties as assigned.
