Job summary

Delavan Holdings in Kenosha, WI is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, scanning orders, unloading containers, and restocking stock.

You will help maintain accurate inventory, perform safety and cleanliness tasks, operate basic warehouse equipment, and use simple computer systems to track shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and daily operational tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory software and stock control procedures.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and be always a quality team member, take accountability for actions as a team member and have a mentality that any task is doable.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ability to use basic computer and software functions to assist with receiving and inventory functions.
• Some maintenance ability to help with basic maintenance functions.
• Ability to unload containers.
• Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
