Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a lead role in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and adhere to safety policies.
• Able to pass required safety training and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to complete duties as directed.
• Act as a communication hub for the team; disseminate information.
• Become certified forklift driver to train incoming drivers.
• Assist Operations Manager and Supervisor with duties as assigned.
• Review and process inventory-related documents and invoices.
• Enter documents and generate invoices in the inventory system.
• Maintain safety standards and ownership of PPE compliance.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and arranging deliveries.
• Support inventory research and location tracking in the system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
