Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in the United States to oversee shift and department supervisory duties while coaching the warehouse team to boost productivity and service quality. The role focuses on maintaining high safety and quality standards and improving overall operational efficiency.

The candidate will support transportation and warehouse tasks in line with DOT and OSHA guidelines, with growth potential in a large logistics network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Supervisory functions of the shift and department assigned.
• Coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and customer service.
• Ensure warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved.
• Track productivity to meet company requirements and maximize efficiency.
• Assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
