Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support transportation and warehouse operations. The role involves performing administrative tasks and creating load diagrams to improve efficiency and safety in daily workflows.

You will collect data for operational reports, perform data entry in word processing and spreadsheets, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth business execution. Additional duties as assigned may include processing orders and maintaining delivery

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/product weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of the transportation and warehouse departments, such as completing load diagrams in Syntellic that support efficiency and safety.
• Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Work closely with other employees to assure that the company’s business is executed in the most efficient and effective manner
• Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking
• Other duties as assigned
