Job summary

GNC seeks a Warehouse Team Lead in Indiana to support the Department Supervisor, optimize staffing, and lead daily distribution tasks. You will monitor productivity, coach associates, and ensure safety standards across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience within the distribution/warehouse industry.
• WMS experience; Red Prairie preferred.
• Proven leadership skills including coaching, training, and motivating associates.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the department supervisor by managing work assignments and adjusting staffing to optimize operational flow and labor hours.
• Monitors workers' productivity, assesses their performance, inspects their work to meet standards, and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Run productivity reports and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials and organization of products.
• Coordinate training for new associates and help develop daily/weekly operational plans.
• Identify and address safety hazards within the work area.
