Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations at a designated distribution center in Kyle, Texas. You will guide a team of Warehouse Associates, ensure inventory accuracy with the WMS, and partner with the Operations Manager to drive efficiency and accuracy across the operation.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to work overtime and lift heavy loads as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience leading a team toward goals is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and management.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
