Hamilton Medical, Inc. seeks a Production Team Lead to oversee the manufacture and assembly of precision medical devices at our Reno, Nevada facility. You will lead a cross-functional crew, run equipment, ensure safety and quality, and meet daily production targets while driving improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication with multiple departments, and hands-on capability with tooling, basic maintenance, and ERP system usage to manage production orders and workflow.

Competenze

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Mentor and train team members; maintain cross-training.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Proven experience in production leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead daily production and ensure attainment of the plan.
• Open/close the Plant and manage end-of-shift reporting.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse functions.
• Train operators and certify processes; maintain training records.
• Drive Lean improvements to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain standard work documentation.
