Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler Team Lead in Dallas, TX to support Repair Center operations.

You will guide material handlers, coordinate receiving, storage, and replenishment of materials, and ensure safety and efficiency on the shop floor. You will monitor inventory levels, assist with workload planning, train team members, and collaborate with Supervisors to address shortages and optimize fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a distribution environment.
• 2+ years supervisory experience over warehouse operations employees.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills across organization levels.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Technically proficient with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies within the work area and company
• Monitor loading, unloading, and checking in freight, assisting when necessary
• Record item numbers on unidentified received materials
• Count and organize part storage areas
• Aid supervisor with daily workload duties
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability and in-process levels
• Provide guidance and assist with on the job training of team members
• Communicate with Supervisors on material shortages and fulfillment plans
• Perform other duties as required by management
