Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler Team Lead to support the Repair Center in Dallas, TX. You will oversee receiving, shipping and storage, guiding material handlers in replenishment and workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of distribution experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience over warehouse operations employees
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with ability to communicate well across all organization levels
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong leadership abilities
• Teamwork oriented, solid supervisory experience
• Technically proficient with MS Office programs

Responsibilities

• Work and adhere to all safety policies within the work area and throughout the company.
• Monitor Loading, unloading, and checking in freight, assisting when necessary.
• Recording item numbers on un-identified received materials.
• Count and organize part storage areas.
• Aid supervisor with daily work-load duties
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure appropriate availability and work in process levels.
• Provide guidance and assist with on the job training of team members.
• Communicatewith Supervisors and Team Leads on Material Shortages and fulfillment plan for those shortages.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
