Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler Team Lead to assist in day-to-day receiving, shipping and material storage for the Repair Center. You will guide material handlers with replenishment and help manage inventory levels.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in distribution, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; MS Office proficiency required. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a distribution environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience over warehouse operations employees.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with ability to communicate well across all organization levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Teamwork oriented, solid supervisory experience.
• Technically proficient with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, and storing of materials for the Repair Center.
• Guide material handlers with replenishment of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and in-process levels.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
• Communicate with Supervisors on shortages and fulfillment plans.
