Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler Team Lead to assist in daily receiving, shipping and material storage for the Repair Center in Dallas. You will guide material handlers and support replenishment while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in distribution with supervisory experience, strong communication, and leadership. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a distribution environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience over warehouse operations employees.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with ability to communicate well across all organization levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Teamwork oriented, solid supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Work and adhere to all safety policies within the work area and throughout the company.
• Monitor Loading, unloading, and checking in freight, assisting when necessary.
• Recording item numbers on un-identified received materials.
• Count and organize part storage areas.
• Aid supervisor with daily work-load duties
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure appropriate availability and work in process levels.
• Provide guidance and assist with on the job training of team members.
• Adhere to the company safety regulations and assist in the training and awareness of safety guidelines to new team members in the department.
• Assist with on the job training of team members.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Team Leads on Material Shortages and fulfillment plan for those shortages.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
