Position Overview

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Team Leader in Phoenix, Arizona.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $23.50 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with overtime as required (including weekends and Saturdays)

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Previous team lead experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RF scanners
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve warehouse operations for efficiency
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Organize daily work duties and allocate resources
• Motivate and guide team members to meet KPIs
• Ensure safety protocols and promote health and safety practices
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading
• Submit reports and suggest operational improvements
• Perform additional duties as assigned
