Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

What you will do:

• Lead daily Tier 1 meetings.
• Lead a small production team within one manufacturing line, focusing on cell needs at the production level.
• Invest in employee involvement and development by being responsible, accountable, passionate about the business's success, treating all with dignity and respect, and fostering personal growth.
• Ensure departmental compliance with all Stryker policies and safety regulations.
• Partner with supervisors to ensure team members are adequately trained, maintain competencies, follow standardized work, and complete quality records accurately.
• Meet goals aligned with Stryker's key success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: be the go-to person for technical and operational issues, resolving challenges related to processes and personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Root Cause Analysis.

What you need:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience with teams of 10 or more individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Clean Room environments.
