Sunstates Security is hiring for Unarmed Security Supervisor in the Charlotte, NC area for a full-time position, starting at $23.00/hr with weekly pay!

You will step into a leadership role that involves active engagement on the ground. As a Security Site Supervisor in Charlotte, NC, you’ll manage daily operations and serve as a working third-shift patrol officer. You are expected to cover open shifts yourself or arrange coverage to ensure continuous site protection and service.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the security field.

A Security Site Supervisor performs duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You should read and become highly knowledgeable of these directives and act quickly and efficiently according to them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.
2. Patrol the site as an active officer, responding to incidents and maintaining a visible presence.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping in to cover open posts when necessary.
4. Maintain open communication with clients and relay procedural updates to your team.
5. Train staff on new or revised security protocols.
6. Observe and document site activity through detailed reports.
7. Respond rapidly to emergencies and critical situations.
8. Enforce all site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations.
