Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Naperville, IL team. The role leads the warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment, proper receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping in a safe, productive environment.

You will participate in hiring, training, and daily work assignments, and may perform branch support as needed. The position runs 11am–8pm, with a pay range of $52,000–$64,000 per year in Illinois, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, and packing of inventory.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with SOPs and EH&S rules.
• Train new employees and coordinate daily activity using the WMS.
• Communicate with branches and customers and support counter sales if needed.
