Job summary

Rexel USA in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role supports receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping while maintaining a safe and accurate operation. The position runs 11am–7pm and does not involve deliveries.

You will work with branch teams to ensure correct products are prepared for shipment, perform basic inventory tasks, and help customers as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive material and verify against packing lists.
• Stock and organize inventory on shelves.
• Process shipments, labeling and postage as required.
• Operate forklift or reach truck when needed.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support counter sales and customer service when required.
