Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• High School or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Receive material from vendors and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and label correctly for dispatch.
• Operate forklift or reach truck when required.
• Load shipments to carriers and company vehicles.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates.
• Assist with other duties such as counter sales or customer support as needed.
