Looking for a Warehouse Shift Lead and someone who can take charge of our fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a skilled workforce, manage inventory flow, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget requirements
• Enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, employee development, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Monitor production metrics, track KPIs, and report performance data to management
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
