Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, supervise the team, and manage logistics processes while ensuring inventory accuracy, security, and safety.

You will lead daily tasks, optimize shipping activities, and enforce ISO procedures. The role requires leadership, forklifts and PPE awareness, and prior warehouse management system experience. Strong candidates will have 2+ years of supervisory experience and a 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and delegation abilities.
• Ability to perform physical activities safely.
• Knowledge of PPE usage.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• 2+ years supervisory/warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments.
• Supervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attained.
• Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance.
• Maintain security of warehouse equipment and material.
• Ensure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rules.
