Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Leader in the United States to oversee assigned warehouse areas, ensuring efficient loading, packing, shipping and receiving operations while maintaining safety and accuracy. You will guide teams, manage ERP processes, and uphold security and housekeeping standards.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with SAP and warehouse equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with exposure to DOT and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of employees engaged in loading, unloading, selecting, packing, shipping, receiving and transportation of merchandise.
• Supervise inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accurate, timely customer service.
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness; perform daily safety inspections and uphold loss prevention programs.
