Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Toledo, OH is seeking a Warehouse Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, logistics, inventory accuracy and safety programs. The role includes leading teams handling loading, packing, shipping, receiving, and related transportation activities to ensure excellent customer service.

You will manage equipment, cycle counts, DOT compliance, and security, with occasional delivery driver duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of employees engaged in loading/unloading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and transportation of merchandise.
• Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure efficient, accurate customer service.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 70 pounds and moving materials within the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment in a safe, manufacturer-compliant manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse; enforce safety, DOT and hazardous materials procedures.
