Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in New Mexico to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate inventory and secure facilities.

The role will oversee inbound/outbound shipping, designate daily tasks, optimize truck routing, and maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety rules. A 2+ year supervisory background and a 4-year degree are preferred to support our logistics team.

Qualifications

• Leadership and ability to delegate and prioritize.
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Knowledge of PPE usage.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• 2+ years of supervisory, warehouse, and logistics experience preferred.
• 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily tasks.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping and meet customer service goals.
• Select truck routing and ensure compliant loading operations.
• Maintain security of equipment and materials.
